Some products may be available as subscriptions or pre-orders. This policy explains how to cancel or change these orders.

Subscriptions

When you subscribe, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency you choose. Your payment details are stored securely, and you’ll be charged automatically for each shipment unless you’ve prepaid.

Some subscriptions renew automatically at the end of their term. You can cancel or update your subscription anytime before your next billing date using the link in your order confirmation email or by contacting us at info@bingeworthysnacks.com.

Pre-Orders

When you place a pre-order, you’re reserving an item that is not yet in stock. We may collect full payment, a partial deposit, or no payment until the product ships.

You may cancel a pre-order anytime before it is fulfilled for a full refund. Once the order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return under our Returns Policy.
