Frequently Asked Questions
Product & Ingredients
What is the shelf life of your Beef Crisps?
Unopened, our Beef Crisps have a 12-month shelf life. Once opened, they’re best enjoyed within 2-3 days but they'll stay super tasty for weeks if you keep closing the resealable bag. That said, based on field reports, most bags mysteriously vanish much faster.
Where is your meat sourced
Our U.S. crisps are made with American-raised, grass-fed, grain-finished USDA Choice beef. Real beef, crisped into the snack it was clearly born to become.
Is your beef 100% grass-fed & finished?
Our beef is currently grass-fed and grain-finished. In the future, we may offer a 100% grass-fed and finished product, so stay tuned!
What kind of salt do you use?
We currently use fine flake salt with a plan to transition to sea salt in future production. Same mission either way: keep the ingredient list short and the snack dangerously easy to finish.
Are Beef Crisps Gluten Free?
Although there is no gluten added to our crisps, they are produced in a facility that may process other gluten containing products.
Why are your crisps so expensive?
Fair question. Beef Crisps cost more because they’re basically the opposite of cheap snack engineering. We start with real beef, slice it deli-thin, lay it out by hand, and dehydrate it way past jerky territory until it becomes light and crispy.
A large bag starts with about a pound of wet beef before dehydration does its dramatic disappearing act. No sugar pile-on, no soy filler, no mystery crunch. Just beef, seasoning, time, labour, and the sad economic reality that cows are not potatoes. Oh, and we like to do everything by hand, with actual humans that get paid a living wage. Go team!
When will you have new flavors?
We’re working on new flavors, and we’re trying very hard not to launch anything boring. Add your email and we’ll let you know when the next flavour is ready for its close-up.
Ordering & Availability
How long does it take to deliver my crisps?
Most orders arrive within 7 business days. That’s the usual snack migration pattern, but carriers can occasionally take the scenic route. For more details, visit our Shipping page.
Is there free shipping?
Yes - orders over $75 ship free. That is not peer pressure, but it is a very reasonable excuse to stock up. Visit our Shipping page for details.
Do any stores carry your crisps?
Not many just yet. But yes - real stores. With doors and everything! Visit our Retailers page to find a location near you.
What is your refund policy?
If something went sideways with your order, email us at info@bingeworthysnacks.com within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll take a look and help sort it out.
For the official policy language - the less fun but legally important version, please visit our Refunds & Returns page.
My order shows as Delivered, but I didn't get my package. What should I do?
Follow these steps:
Step 1: Breathe. Nobody wants a missing-crisps situation.
Step 2: Check nearby doors, porches, lobbies, mailrooms, and neighbors. Packages sometimes go on tiny unauthorized field trips.
If none of that reunites you with your Beef Crisps, visit our missing orders page for further instructions. If someone stole them, we cannot promise justice, but we can promise great customer service.
Wholesale
How can I become a wholesaler?
If you’re a retailer and want to carry our Beef Crisps, we like the way you think. That said, we still need to get to know each other before we go too far, so please visit our Wholesale page and tell us a bit about your store.
Affiliates
Do you work with influencers or have an affiliate program?
Yes. If your audience loves high-protein snacks and you know how to make a bag of crispy beef look as exciting as it tastes, please visit the Bingeworthy Collabs page. We love you already!
Will you sponsor my event?
We don’t generally sponsor events, mostly because there are only so many crisps and so many hours in the day.
But if you have something genuinely fun, weird, useful, or wildly on-brand, email info@bingeworthysnacks.com and pitch us. We've been mooooooved from our stance on these things before and it'll probably happen again.
