This guide is an overview of managing your wholesale account, placing orders, tracking shipments, and performing common tasks..

Create Your Wholesale Account
Please visit the Wholesale signup form to apply to become a Bingeworthy Snacks wholesale partner.
Log In without a Password
Logging in is quick and secure. No password is required.
Simply enter the email address linked to your wholesale account, and we'll send a 6-digit authentication code to your inbox. Enter the code to access your account.
Placing an Order
Once you're logged in, you will have access to our product catalog with wholesale pricing.
To place an order:
- Log into your wholesale account.
- Visit the Wholesale Product Catalog or reorder from your Order History.
- Click the Quick Add button and enter the quantities you would like to order.
- Enter your shipping details, save your credit card, and complete checkout.
Free shipping is available on all wholesale orders $400 and over
Save Your Card for Faster Checkout
For quicker future orders, you can securely save your credit card during checkout.
Your payment details are securely stored by our payment provider. You can update or remove your saved payment method from your account at any time.
Managing Orders
You can manage current orders and review your past orders from the portal.
Your account portal is home base. Review past orders and reorder in a couple of clicks from Order History, check where current orders stand, and update your company details under Company Profile.
Track Your Orders
As soon as your order ships, tracking information is automatically added to your order.
You'll receive a tracking email, and you can also find the tracking link in your account portal at any time to check your shipment's progress.
Add Another Store Location
Do you have multiple retail locations?
Email wholesale@bingeworthysnacks.com with all your location details, including:
- Store name or Location name
- Shipping address
- Contact person for that location (name + email)
We'll add the new locations to your wholesale account
Add Another User
Need to give a coworker access to your wholesale account?
Email wholesale@bingeworthysnacks.com with their:
- Name
- Email address
- Which locations they should have access to
We'll set them up under your existing wholesale account.
